We’re looking for a small team of content-savvy volunteers to take over our social media during the SLSGB National Surf Life Saving Championships in Weymouth!
This is your chance to step into the role of official storyteller, capturing the highs, the hustle, and the heart of the UK’s biggest Surf Life Saving competitions.
Your Mission:
- Take over SLSGB’s Instagram and/or TikTok for a day (or more!)
- Post live content straight from the sand, think reels, stories, behind-the-scenes, athlete moments, and event hype
- Capture and post interviews with competitors, volunteers, and spectators
- Send your best photos and video clips to the SLSGB media team for national coverage
- Help showcase what surf life saving is all about – passion, purpose, and people
You Are:
- Confident with Instagram, Stories, Reels, or TikTok
- Naturally creative with a good eye for content and moments
- Comfortable approaching people and filming short interviews
- Able to keep things fast, fresh, and fun
- A team player who’s happy to represent SLSGB in a positive, professional way
When & Where:
- Weymouth Beach | 2nd–9th August 2025
- You can volunteer for one day or multiple days. Flexible scheduling available
- We’ll give access to brand assets and a support contact from our media team
