Surf Life Saving GB clubs are increasingly acting as Community Resilience Hubs, helping communities prepare for and respond to local emergencies.

Across the UK, Surf Life Saving GB volunteers provide practical support during emergencies by working alongside local authorities, emergency services and partner organisations.
Through trained volunteers, specialist knowledge and practical equipment, we support local areas when unexpected events occur, from flooding and severe weather to wider community incidents.
