Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Surf Life Saving Great Britain Limited Company will be held online using the Teams platform on Tuesday, 24th February 2026 at 7.00 pm.
All members who are eligible and wish to attend the meeting are required to register no later than 5.00pm on Thursday 19th February by registering for the event on JustGo

The electronic meeting invitation will be sent to all eligible members who have registered on Friday, 20th February.
Voting during the electronic meeting shall be conducted by each invited attendee confirming their vote individually by hand.
APPOINTMENT OF PROXY
1. As a member of the Company, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at the Meeting. A proxy form is provided with this notice of meeting (download here)
2. A proxy does not need to be a member of the Company but must attend the Meeting to represent you. You may appoint the Chairman as your proxy.
3. If you do not give your proxy an indication of how to vote on any resolution, your proxy will vote or abstain from voting at his or her discretion.
4. To appoint a proxy using the proxy form, the form must be:
Completed and signed;
Sent by email to mail@slsgb.org.uk or delivered to the Company at Buckland House, Park Five, Harrier Way, Sowton, Exeter EX2 7HU
Received by the Company no later than 48 hours before the meeting to be held on the 24th February 2026
Any power of attorney or any other authority under which the proxy form is signed (or a duly certified copy of such power or authority) must be included with the proxy form.
Appointment of a proxy does not preclude you from attending the Meeting and voting in person. Either you or your proxy can vote, but not both.
